Our process is simple:

1) Make a packaging request online by clicking here. Or over the phone by calling
0845 666 999.

2) Your postage pack, containing pre-paid, protective and tamper proof packaging will be sent out to you in a discreet envelope.

3) When you receive your postage pack collect together as much old, broken or unwanted jewellery as you can. Remember the more you include the better rates you will receive so if you’re not sure about it send it!

4) Place the goods into the protective bubble wrap bag included and seal tightly, use additional tape if necessary.

5) Place this bag into the larger pre-paid and addressed polylope. Remove the tape and seal.

6) Place into your nearest post box, or post office and ask for proof of posting.

7) Your items will then be expertly appraised by one of our senior jewellers at our secure facility in Hatton Garden.

8) We make you an offer at the highest rates possible, which you receive immediately. If acceptable then you can receive your money within 24 hours. If you decline the offer then your goods will be posted back straight away at no cost to you.
