No, the parcel is pre-paid so it costs you nothing to send it to us and we do not charge any fees for our work, regardless of your decision.
What if the offer is not satisfactory?
Then simply reject the offer online or by phone and you will receive your items back free of charge.

Is the parcel insured?
Certainly you can either use our cover for your parcel or if you wish to cover your goods to a higher value, additional insurance can be taken out on your parcel by going to the post office and requesting their special delivery service. This guarantees delivery the very next day and tracks your parcel through the postal system.
What insurance do you offer?
Providing you have proof of postage, which you can ask for free of charge at the post office, our cover is up to £50.
Is my jewellery safe when its with you?
Even safer than when its with you! Your jewellery will only be dealt with by one of the directors of the company. All the items are stored in sealed containers in high security level safes which are covered with our state of the art security systems day and night. After your jewellery is evaluated no one has access to it until your decision is made.
How will you send my money to me?
You can choose to receive your money:
- By cheque
- By electronic payment to your bank account.
- In cash, to be collected from your local western union agent.
How quickly can I get my money?
Depending on which payment method you choose, it is possible to get your money within 24 hours of us receiving your parcel.
Do you only buy gold?
